Camera app is horrible, missing important calls!

This really annoying. I keep missing very important calls on the Android Pixel 7. I receive a call and the three buttons appear. I select the green, and the call does not answer. After a few rings the call goes into voicemail. What is going on??? This is causing big issues. Also the whole app is cumbersome.

Sounds like you meant to say the phone app is terrible . I agree. There should be an option for the app to always open to a full screen when a call comes in. The little box is more than annoying and gets lost in other notifications.
How much would it take to add a setting to do this. Every other phone I had always opened to a full screen. The current setup is dumb. Sometimes it's full screen and others it's the little box.
