Can't answer incoming calls

[Android Central Question]

Galaxy S8+ on Sprint. Installed the latest updates last week and HATE it. Icons moved, colors changed, some interfaces acting like an iPhone. HORRIBLE! But biggest problem is incoming calls. When they come in a full screen notification, I cannot accept or reject the call. The simplest function a phone should perform and this one won't.
