Can't be heard

I can hear the caller but they can't hear me. They hear a very faint "hello" when I answer and then nothing. But I can hear them clearly. Any idea why?

First, make sure the primary mic's opening isn't blocked by anything (e.g., clogged by lint, or blocked by a case). If it looks clear, then see if the other person can hear you fine on speakerphone, or using a wired or Bluetooth headset.

I took the case off and cleaned it out and it is working now... Thank you!

Try disabling WiFi and/or 4G call.
With 4G call had the same problem as you.

Did you make sure microphone free from any dirt?
