cant call anyone

anytime i try making a call i keep seeing something on the screen saying "not registered on network"what could be the problem on my settings cause i've tried everything but can't get a solution

Have you tried going to setting; Mobile Networks; Network Operators
And then selecting one of the available network

You have sighed up with a carrier for phone service, right? And they have coverage where you are?
