Can't change account while adding contact

Hi All,

I'm getting this strange issue. While creating contacts in Android 6.0.1 I'm not able to change the account where I want to create contact. See below images.

See, I don't have an option to drop down accounts field to choose from

Below image shows how I could switch accounts before.

I'm using One+ 2. I see both my Gmail account contacts are switched on under Settings>Accounts>Google.

How are you adding the contact? Are you starting in the Contacts app and tapping the Add Contact button? Or are you selecting a contact from some other app (like an email app or the Phone/Dialer app) and adding the contact from there?

Adding from Dialer app. Also tried in Contacts app. I have been doing that for long and I could switch accounts before. Now, I'm not.

Have you already tried wiping the cache partition? If not, give it a try--the steps differ slightly depending on whether you're using Oxygen or CM: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...i-perform-a-full-factory-reset&token=stCM9GbO.

Make sure you select Wipe Cache Partition and not Wipe Data/Factory Reset. No personal data will be lost if you only wipe the cache.
