Can't change default location to SD

Got my Optimus S yesterday, I been trying to change the default storage location to my SD card. Found couple of links and tried them and nothing works. I downloaded MoveSDenabler and when I select "External" it says "Unable to change default location.
Found another link to download SDK and connect via USB and use "adb shell pm setInstallLocation 2", it shows
"[1] Killed pm setInstallLoc..."
There was another link using the Terminal window and using setInstallLocation command and that even didn't work.
I'm running out of option never thought it will be that difficult.
Can someone help me to figure this out?

no i'm unable to root it, do i have to be on a specific version to root it? i followed couple of forums that tell u how to root it but i just got this optimus like a week ago and i tried the process and i can't root it. Zroot even failed.

If your talking about the pictures default, It already is in the DCIM folder on your SD card.
