Can't change my lock screen to none/swipe

[Android Central Question]

I've tried everything I've found online so far. Cleared credentials. Unchecked the administrators. Turned off Google Lock. Cleared credentials then rebooted. Nothing has worked. I just needed to turn my lock screen on so my phone would let me see a saved password. Now I want it back to swipe. Any thoughts?
