Can't change to Adaptive screen mode

I noticed yesterday that fold 5 is lagging a little bit. I tried to adjust the screen smoothness and it is stuck on standard without giving me the option to move to Adaptive. It says it's not supported. Any ideas as to why? I don't remember ever changing it out of adaptive

Never mind I accidentally had hit power saving mode like an idiot
