Can't choose from a web page

I noticed that ever since I updated to Android 10, on a web page, in Chrome, when asked if I want to share location or other option, i cannot click and select.

Any ideas?

Does this happen in Safe Mode as well? https://www.hardreset.info/devices/oneplus/oneplus-6/safe-mode/.
