can't click links in emails

[AC Question]

When reading email, I click a link like "shop now" and it does nothing. I've tried to find a setting or "enable" for this but can't. Anybody know how to fix this?

Which email app? If the stock Email app, which email provider? Is it a POP3 or IMAP server?
