cant connect to 3G

hi guys
i have a Alcatel One Touch Fierce 2 7040T
the problem is i can't connect to the 3G i can connect only to the 2G, and i think because of the bands, my network provider gives 1800 Mhz and my phone doesn't recieve the 1800 Mhz bands, that what i thought.
so please help me to solve the problem

You need a different phone or a different carrier. You're not going to convince the carrier to use the bands in the phone - and you can't change them to match what your carrier uses.

i've already fell into the same problem with nexus 5 and i found a solution by enabling the needed band and it's worked
