Can't connect to internet

Finally get my slider activated and it was working fine. 2 hours later I cannot connect to the internet.

I've tried several ways and nothing. I can send texts. Dont have my email set up. When I try to go to google it takes me to VM site where it won't let me log in. Can't get on FB or App market.

I have no idea if I accidentally hit something which is possible. I prefer not to call VM since I find them to a bigger problem than help.

How do I trouble shoot? At one point do I have to call VM to get help with this.

Is the 3G icon showing in the notification bar? Are you accidentally in airplane mode?
