can't connect to pc after ICS

Am I the only person who has suddenly lost the ability (or forgotten how) to connect my TF101 to my laptop after ICS? I can't seem to get it to show up in my list of drives to save my life! Please help if you have figured it out.

Or if someone can just post the instructions on how to transfer files on an ICS device? I think that would help.
