Can't connect to the internet

I recently bought a Meizu M5s and I took it to a service provider they installed the internet but it can't connect. please help

How did the carrier "install the internet?"

Make sure it's configured to use the correct APN settings. Google the name of your carrier and the initials "APN" to find the correct settings.
