Can't connect to Visual Voice mail

Anyone else having trouble connecting to Visual Voice mail? I get alerts every 30 minutes that I can't connect, and when I try and force a connection, I just get the spinning wheel.

After the wheel spins for a while it eventually just fails.

I understand your concerns. A network issue that affects the Visual Voice Mail feature has been reported. We're working to resolve ASAP *AC
 
Youmail was giving me the same error the other day. I uninstalled it for the time being as I couldn't figure out how to get it to shut up while I was sleeping.
 
Just an update. I tested my VVM a minute ago and things seem to be back to normal for me. I guess Verizon finally fixed the issue. I'll check out Google Voice now.
 
Make sure that Mobile Data is turned on on your phone. This worked for me a little while ago.
