Can't connect

Hi
I have a galaxy 10.1 GT-p7510. it does absolutely nothing when i connect it to my computer via USB. I hear a door bell sound on the computer. I used to be able to connect.

What do you mean you hear a bell on the computer? Do you see anything in the status bar on the tablet?
