Can't cover my Droid 2

I removed the shell and screen protector from my D2 because they were so ugly and cumbersome. This is a phone that must go au natural.

I have no screen protector, and I don't believe it is made with gorilla glass. I have had my D2 only 3 weeks, and there are two scratches on the screen. Not cracks, but scratches. they aren't straight lines, cleaning the screen does nothing to them, and one of them you can clearly feel with your fingernail. if this is gorilla glass then gg sucks, I'm getting a protector soon to not damage my expensive purchase.

Droid 2's are certainly made with Gorilla Glass. Sorry about your scratches though...

that sucks I hate my life. lol but really that does suck, I hope it's not defective... and I bought it on eBay so I might not be able to get it replaced... but I have the original UPC and the dude(tte) said it came straight from Verizon so... I'll give it a shot

I really like the idea of protecting your precious gadgets from the scratches and any damages.. The best thing about this that they are removable and easy to apply. Whenever you felt bored of previous you can apply a new laptop skin cover with different color and shininess..

Interesting. Are they easy to put on? Are they hard to remove? Do the leave adhesive behind on the phone once they are removed? And can you use them again after you remove it or do they lose their stickiness? Do they start to unpeel after awhile? And if so, how long before yours started to unpeel?

Sorry for the 20 questions but you piqued my curiosity. Any other info you can provide would be appreciated also. Thanks!

New phones are like new cars. You do everything you can to avoid that first scratch or ding. But once you get it and are able to accept that it wont be perfect, you can really enjoy the phone and not worry about protecting it so much.

no case or screen cover, did ding the top of the phone though a bit but i like it just the way it is

I suspect that they are; I just found another post henrykipson posted in the LG Optimus accessories forum only ten days ago where he said something very similar and it was edited by a super moderator (mclarryjr). I bet he removed the link for decalskins.com. I hope I'm wrong and I will be glad if I am but somehow I doubt it.

I have recently bought LG optimus and i am looking for skin on it to protect it from scratches.LG covers also helps to keep your device new and chic.

I just dropped myphone today, twice. I have little dings on the surrounding chrome now. Just tnree dings. I hated that it has cosmetic damagd now, but I feel a little relieved, however. Now that I have dropped it, I can stop obsessing about keeping my phone perfect. I am very impressed that the phone is so durable that it can take a fall the way that it did.
