Can't disable SoundHound

So when I try to disable SoundHound by first uninstalling the updates it just disappears completely from the App list.

Then when I go into the market place it says it needs an update, has anyone been able to successfully disable this?

Yeah, it sucks. I have SoundHound infinity, why do I want regular SoundHound too?

Why do you need to disable it if it is uninstalled?

You might check the music app to make sure it is disconnected there.
