Can't do NANDROID BACKUP

I have installed DOM3 ROM and I have reinstalled all apps etc. Now I want to do a Nandroid backup and I am constantly getting stuck at "dumping system.tar". I reflashed sprecovery, still nothing... HELP???

What recovery are you using?

I use Rom manager/clockwork recovery mod. Maybe try flashing that and doing a nandroid backup?

Your Rom might've corrupted during installation. If it keeps preventing you from doing a backup, just flash to whatever your previous rom was.

try rebooting and clearing cache and try it. if that still doesn't work uninstall rom manager (if you have it, if not i would recommend downloading it because it is extremely useful) and then reinstall it and try to flash clockwork recovery again and then try making a nandroid recovery. good luck and let us know how it goes.

Make sure you have enough room on your SDcard for the backup as well.
