Can't download bank app on android

[Android Central Question]

All I get is an error message saying It is our fault try again. This is repeated every time I try to download. It happens with both my banks

Could be a multitude of issues. Is your device rooted? Android version out of date? Are you one of the few with Android 13 and the banks haven't updated their apps yet? Are you using an APN?

Knowing what device you have and which banks would help greatly in determining possible problems.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? What Android version is it on? Where are you trying to install from? When you say "it is our fault," do you mean it's saying it's the user's fault, the app store's fault, or the developer's fault?
