Can't download fresh kernal from fresh updater

Menu>configuration>Rom update settings>check experimental:....... back out to the main screen hit menu>check now....... that should make the newest kernels available

They show as available but I get the error can't download from mirror sites

Got it downloaded but it hangs on the recovery reboot

If you are using clockwork recovery, then after you download DO NOT use fresh updater to install it. Manually go into recovery and flash image. It'll work like a charm.

Yes, in the downloads folder.

One more question, which option do I choose from recovery mode, I tried install zip from sd but it wasn't in the list

Use install from SD card and select your downloads folder, your zip should be in there if you used fresh updater to download it.
