can't download mms

I picked up the atrix yesterday and I noticed that when I get an mms it won't download. I clicked on the download button and it said downloading but then returned to the download button. This is my first android phone and my first post. I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem.

Did you guys take your SIM card from another phone and pop it in this one without actually activating the Atrix through AT&T?

strange. i have this same problem as well, however i got a new sim card.

Because its what I did. And when I activated the phone through AT&T I had no service. I had to call up customer service and the lady said you have to use the new sim card that came with the phone. She said this was there way of starting to eliminate phones being stolen and people using there simcard in any phone.
