Android Central Question

Just got a new Galaxy S8 and am having an issue. My work calendar goes through login.microsoftonline.com because it's the only way to recognize shared calendars. I used to have the ability to make edits to the entries I put in, but since my new phone was set up, I now have no way to make edits to the entries I originally created. I've tried deleting the shortcut, logging out and in, restarting, but no luck. Does anyone know why this is happening? I'm so confused!

You're using a web browser to get to the calendar? Try using a different browser.

The Outlook app does not recognized shared calendars, so we have to use whatever browser is on the phone to open up Office365 and access the calendars to make edits and additions. However, this new phone won't let me make any changes to any entries I've made in the past. I don't think I have another possible browser to use on the phone?

You can download any browser you like from the Play store (unless the company doesn't allow you to - but if that's the case, ask your IT department for help, they caused the problem by setting that policy).
