Brand new contact - never entered on my phone (new Galaxy S8)
Web - Google - Contacts - New. Enter info and add entries to "Notes" section. Save.
Go to contacts on phone, and there is the new contact! Expand details, and there are TWO notes sections.
No edits. No changes. Entered Contact only on Web page via Google Contacts.
Something is wrong.
