Hey y'all....I have a note 5 and when I delete a pitcure of course it goes to the trash folder. I then try to delete them from the trash but they will not do it. It says they will be deleted in 15 days. I want em gone now. Can someone please help 😊 Thanks

In gallery I hit the delete icon. The pictures go into the trash folder. I go to trash (still in gallery) and hit the delete icon again but they will not delete. It says they will delete in 15 days. I don't undetstand why! I really want em gone asap. Thanks

In my VZ N5
I don't see "trash" folder in Pic.gallery nor any where ..

When I delelte , it's gone ...?

I don't see it on my Gallery either. Are you using the stock Gallery from Samsung?

If you're using something different, I suspect that you'll be able to empty the trash from whatever cloud storage that you use. You may have to do it from a browser. If that's the case, you may find a setting that will allow you to bypass the trash folder.

Stock Gallery app. From the main page, hit the 3 dots, upper right corner, click on settings. You'll see trash. Inside the trash setting are copies of every photo deleted in the past 15 days. Photos may be retrieved. After 15 days, they vanish.
At least this is in the at&t version.

Nope. I see that you're using Samsung's Cloud Sync. I don't. I wonder if that's the difference?

That's exactly what mine says so I can't delete them.... Just have to wait til they delete themselves? Thanks...I do have at&t ??????

Y'all it's been well over 15 days for some of these pictures and they have yet to delete themselves! So guess they will be on my phone forever or til they do some kind of update or whatever Thanks for everybody's help though

Ok I hope this helps .. because I been trying everything for the pass month .. & I finally got it ... restore what you don't want permanently deleted .. ok here it goes.. hope u have something to write with ... no? Ok I'll wait .................................................. lol jk ... settings/cloud & accounts/Samsung cloud/manage cloud storage/gallery (sync)/remove from Samsung cloud ... this should take care of that problem .. it did for me .. hope it works for u too
