Can't enter recovery mode

Well so far no luck, contacted LG and they were nice enough to send me a new one free of charge. Looks like they'll replace anything in-warranty as long as it isn't in pieces.

That's cool. If stay away from xionia next time. It's great for the Sprint S, but I know like with my v I had nothing but problems and ended up switching back to cwm after I got the phone unbricked.

Rom depends on whether or not you want something stock or close to stock, or if you want something newer which is probably a lot faster and smoother
