Can't extend time out on a Galaxy Note 5's screen from when I wake it till I put my fingerprint in?

I can change how long the screen stays on once I've released the lock screen through the settings app but can't find a way to change the other time out. It goes off before I can get my finger to the sensor half the time. The Samsung rep at BestBuy couldn't do it either.

Don't believe that it can be changed. But I will move this to the n5 forums for to see if anyone has any other ideas

Just hold down on the home button when registering your fingerprint, no need to wake the phone or have it time out on you.
