Can't find a few settings

I recently switched over from the S6 Edge to the G4 and need help finding a couple of settings.
1. When I send an email (using stock email app and exchange) it makes a "pop" sound affect and says email sent. Is there a setting to disable the "pop" sound?
2. When on a call and I get an email or text there is a beep to notify me. In my older android phones there was a setting in call settings to disable notifications while on call. I can't find it on the G4. I am on Verizon so I am aware that some of their settings are disabled (call reject I know is disabled for Verizon).

What mail app are you using? Check in the settings of the app. I do not see a sent sound for the Stock email app though. I only see a received email sound.

As for on a call, that setting would be in Phone, but I don't see anything there either.

Maybe someone has some answers for you, but unfortunately I do not. Sorry.

At least I know that it is not just me. Very odd that this phone doesn't have those settings.
