Cant find Call Accessories on menu

Running 6.0.1. Car BT wont connect when screen is locked. Found a myriad of suggestions for the setting to allow when the screen is locked. They state to navigate to Call Settings \ Call Accessories but there is no option of Call Accessories present under Call Settings. Has it been removed? Edge is unlocked and unbranded.

I could use Smart Lock I think but I'd rather not have the phone unlocked as its in my pocket most of time.

Mine has always connected to my truck's bluetooth locked or unlocked. My S3 and Note 4 also connected with no issues. You shouldn't have to change a setting anywhere unless you were tinkering and changed something previously.

Can anyone else tell me if the Call Accessories menu item exists on their unit?

Nope. I don't have it, but I'm on Nougat beta, too. So, that probably doesn't answer your question either. Sorry.
But, if Nougat doesn't have it, why would MM?
To me, it doesn't seem like it would be under call settings as connecting to Bluetooth is more that just calling.
