Can't find music/radio streaming app

Hi guys im new here and bought my gear s about a week ago. Seems all good but i couldn't find an app for listening to music streaming app like tunein is it because due to some restricted regions. Also i couldn't download Milk app it says not available in your country. Sorry for my weak English.
