Cant get access code on my galaxy tab 3

[AC Question]

Hey. recently i did a factory reset on my galaxay tab 3 and i didnt deactivate my viber account before that. Now when i re installed it it wont send access code on my my phone number which i used before. i installed and reinstalled viber many times from play store now and deleted ever data of viber from sd card of my tablet but i cant seem to get the access code. and now when i enter my number it says error! and sometimes " It seems theres and error in activating your viber " or " The phone number you entered coould not bi associated with any viber account " PLEASE HELP ME! i need to get it back on ASAP or my mom would kill me its her tablet!
