Can't get Adobe Reader to read out loud .pdfs

I just installed the latest version (Apr 12 2014) of Adobe Reader on my Samsung S4 mini. In the What's New section it says it can read out loud .pdf files if Accessibility is on, but it does not specify which feature must be turned on, i.e., there is not an "off/on" switch for Accessibility.
