Cant get any files off micro sd

i click on a file i want from micosd and it says ........All applications associated with this action have either been disabled or uninstalled. to enable applications go to settings/app manage and then tap the disabled app tap. Select an app from list to enable? there's nothing there like that so not sure what to do

Files are opened by apps. You need the proper app to open a given file type. Evidently you're trying to open a file you have no app for, or the app is disabled. If it happens with all files of different types on the SD card, it could be a defective card.
