Can't get Google Now to unlock phone with AOD?

It worked the 1st day and nothing since...this is the 2nd S8 from TMO.

Set up and deleted voice several times, cleared memory, and its turned on in trusted voices to.

It will work with always on display off but once AOD is activated it wont unlock.

You can hear it connect but wont unlock the phone any fix?

It'll only work when your s8 is on the charger.
