can't get incoming wifi calls

I have Sprint and never had an issue with wifi calling. After recently trying Textra for messaging, I've noticed I can no longer receive wifi calls. I can make them no problem. Don't know if it has anything to do with using texts so I uninstalled, but problem is still there. Anyone know what it could be?

Incoming calls might be being blocked at the port on your router. Thats the only thing i can think of.
