Cant get messages from one person help

Only one friend cant send me text messages this started 4 weeks ago

- Try resetting your network connections.
- Is yours or your friend's SIM card old? Perhaps replacing it may help.
- Are you using the stock messaging app that came with your phone? Try downloading a third-party app, like Textra; to see if the issue still persists.
- See if the issue persists while in Safe Mode. If it does not, perhaps an app is causing issues with your notification settings.
