Can't get MMS on Verizon

I all of a sudden can't recive MMS messages from either the stock messaging app or textra. Please help.

Try taking battery out while phone still on. Wait a few seconds before putting back in and powering up.
Hope that works.

I think the problem is that I have a data usage limiter on my mom's account that controls when I can use cellular data on my phone. Would this impact when I can send and receive MMS messages?

Hard to say, unless around the time you landed the cellular data limiter was active. Verizon may have had some network problems around that time, so could have been something like that.

Yes. You musts be able to access the cellular data network when sending MMS. Not necessary for SMS.
