Can't get my Samsung to boot from the logo screen

Hi, I got a Samsung S6, been good for 6-7 months now.
Today it just shut off, battery was at 25-35%. I turned it on and it has since been stuck on the logo screen. I searched it up on the internet and tried doing a reboot with Volume down and Power/lock screen, but it just goes back to the logo screen and wont go past it.
I can't get it to shut off so I can wipe it, anyone who has experienced this and can help me. Thanks!

I experienced that only once on a different Samsung product. What I did was let the battery drain and then plugged it in to recharge and rebooted the device (when the battery drained it shut off which allowed me to reboot)...good luck!
