I need to do a factory reset in order to give the Note 8 to the Grandkids. I power off, hold home button, volume up and power button. Start screen comes on, goes black, start screen comes on, goes black, keeps on cycling. Never enters the reboot screen. Any thoughts?
I do cache partition wipes on my other Galaxy stuff, so I know how to get to the correct menu.
