Can't get SVOX UK English Victoria Voice to activate after install on Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0

I can't get SVOX UK English Victoria Voice to activate after install on Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0. I have 2 Samsung Galaxy 2 7.0 Tablets for my two kids. I can get both SVOX UK English Victoria and Oliver Voice to activate on one tab, but not the other. Downloads fine, but I get a 'Stopped Working' error notice when I try to complete the open part of the install.
