Can't get the voicemail notification to go away?

Ok so I tried calling my phone and leaving a message and nothing. I have went into where it says reset voice mail notification and its greyed out. I'm using the stock voice mail app. Any help would be great.

I had the same problem. I was able to resolve it by starting the visual voicemail 30 day free trial app that came preloaded on Sprint. You probably either have to remove that app or start the free trial.
