can't hear my phone, music, etc with buds that came with it.

Bought phone new samsung edge s7, and it came with buds for it and never worked. I was told to download everything off of it onto my computer and send into samsung. I paid over 700 for this phone and this is a huge hassle for me. I want to listen to music quietly and I am not thrilled with this issue.

Please test your buds on a different phone and check they are working on not, if they still don't work, then contact with your nearby Samsung care centre..
