Can't here caller when they call me.

Hi there. I've just had my P9 and although when I call someone there are no problems when anyone calls me we cant hear each other. I've looked in settings and I can't find anyrhing I can change, so womdering if its a fault with the phone. I rebooted yesteday and that seemed to work for a while, however it's gone back to not working again.

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
