Can't increase the speaker during talking

When I'm getting call the screen not respond and I can't switch to speaker or do anything. Can anybody tell me what to do.

Remove your screen protector or, at the very least, make certain the proximity sensor (two small circular shapes near the top right corner of the screen) is not covered.

Let us know if that doesn't solve the problem.
