Can't install 15 Minute Break

Hi All,

I have been trying to install "The 15 Minute Break" from Appbrain and it will not load. I get this error when I try to load it:

"Sorry, there's not enough space to install this item"

The weird thing is that my droid incredible is showing over 586mb open on the phone and this app is only about 43mb.

I tried contacting the app author and he couldn't offer any solutions. I was thinking of sideloading the app from the sd card?

Do I need to clean out an install directory??
