Cant install a app since the latest update

I have a samsung tab and since the latest update it want let me install a app that i had to uninstall because it stopped workking after i did the update. When it comes up install or cancel the install button want do anything will only let you cancel

Does the app/phone support the latest version?
Can you download any other apps?
