Can't install any applications on my Galaxy Grand 2!!

I'm having this issue from past 3 days..this started when i was updating an app from Google PlayStore and then suddenly download stopped on 97%..and it stuck on the same thing for half an hour after that every time when I download something or install any apps by apk files that I already have, but can't install..please help me fixing these..!!

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data? Which app got stuck at 97%?

Try going to the App Manager, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.

If that doesn't work, try going to Settings>Accounts-Google, select your Google account, and remove it completely from the phone. Then add it back again, and see if that helps.
