After closing my account on Freedompop, I tried to unlock the phone (SPH-L720). I made a mistake to wipe everything including OS and everything in internal storage. The phone is in the download mode, but the Kies can't access it with "Device not responding" message.
1. I can see the Samsung Android in Devices. But can see it in Windows explorer.
2. I have tried different Kies version.
3. I have tried to download and install different Samsung drivers.
4. I have tried different computers and different windows versions.
5. I have tried different USB cables.
Any other suggestions?
