Can't install Plants vs. Zombies

I bought Plants vs. Zombies from the market earlier today (if you haven't played it you should) and the download failed. Now it shows up under My Apps in the market and it says that I have purchased it, but it won't download. I always get error 403. My credit card hasn't been charged for it either. As a side note, amazon won't let me purchase the game from their app store.

Are you using WIFI to download the game?

I have tried wifi and 4g. It always errors out.
