Can't Install Update

So this is a quite frustrating issue, I got my U11 the last July and I am not able to install any updates. The update file can be downloaded with no problems at all, but when installing, it reaches 24% and then crashes and shows a red triangle with a !.
I'm still on 7.1.1 due to this annoying issue. I live in Kuwait and I've purchased it from Kuwait, haven't rooted it or messed with it.

How could I fix it?

If you have a windows computer you could try an official RUU from HTC website.
